when a player demands to get back the gametime lost because no fault of his own, that should be awarded without question, like a ship or an asset lost because of the same circumstances. No regular player in his right mind would object against this.

1. sattelite tv subscription is not interactive
2. when sattelite signal is down, you do not lose something you've spent time for
3. if you would have sattelite signal down for 30 hours a month, you'd change the provider
4. tv provider is not responsible for raining, whilst programmers are responsible for their bugs.

You know, there are many things in the EULA that are not legal in Iceland ( altough it says the laws of Iceland applies to that contract ). There is such a thing that is called ABUSIVE CLAUSE that can apply to *too* many paragraphs in that text.

Half the MS EULA is illegal, and even more scary, an old Borland EULA attempted to give them the right to break into your home to check how you are using the software (IIRC using student licence to create for-profit software).
